Thanksgiving weekend has been a break I won't quickly forget. Here is a quick list of things that I'm thankful for:

•crisp nights spent outside with my family surrounding our little fire pit
•my morning playlist
•the occasional warm day thrown into bitter cold ones in late November
•multiple mugs of coffee and tea throughout the day
•loud, hearty laughter
•falling asleep in the cabin listening to the fire crackle and waking up to find a thin layer of snow dusting the mountains
•hot cocoa with whipped cream
•inside jokes
•long conversations with my friends, talking about anything and everything
•getting up early to go to mass with my family
•the official start of the holiday season

What are you thankful for?

  1. yes, yes, yes. :) this beautiful. i'm thankful for so many things! {here is a list of them--http://maid4him.blogspot.com/2012/11/a-small-collection-of-thanks.html}

    love this! xo

  2. Oh, I love your first two photos!

  3. Hey Hannah,

I know, sometimes it's easy to say, "I'm thankful" but not really think about it, and actually be thankful. Your list is adorable. And I really just want to lick that whipped cream out of your last picture; it looks so good.

I LOVE the first picture. The flames are amazing. (P.S. your brother looks adorable. Don't you love little brothers?)

I'm really thankful to God for placing me here, by the sea and my wonderful, hilarious family. I'm thankful for paper and pens and plot bunnies that come in the middle of the night.
Mostly, I'm thankful for each breath I take, and the closer each one brings me to God.

P.S. Your photography is genius. Have I said that before? ;)

I'd love to hear what you thought about this post! Just keep your comments clean ;)
